Nanette de Kool designs modern wall pieces from textiles with production flaws or leftover yarns and scraps. In this case BYBORRE textiles, which adds enormously to the 3D qualities of the work. April 9th her solo show ‘Fragments’ opens at Bisou Gallery, showing a big selection of wall textiles in many sizes. The fabrics have been individually silkscreened with fragments of text and images before being assembled back together by Nanette.
