Selected by Malika Favre
In 'Eyes of Gold', we invite some of our favourite tastemakers with a golden eye to select three works from the Bisou collection. Each guest explains their choices and shares how these pieces might live together in their space.
For the latest edition of the series, we invited Malika Favre. Malika is a French artist based in Barcelona, known for her bold, colourful illustrations. You’ve likely come across her work before: graphic, minimal, but very refined, which might explain our shared love for the Japanese artist Kumi Sugaï.
You might also know her as half of the curated Instagram account I Can’t Afford This But Maybe She Can, a personal wishlist of all things bold and beautiful. And did you know they recently opened their own bazar? Their excellent selection is now shoppable, too.
Introducing Alan Nguyen
Alan Nguyen (b.1986) is an American artist and designer currently working and residing in Amsterdam. He graduated from the University of Houston's Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture + Design in 2011, specializing in digital fabrication. Alan started his career as a designer at the pioneering 3D print design studio, Freedom Of Creation, where he was introduced to the world of 3D printing.
Alan is a master of his craft, unafraid to embrace imperfections as an essential part of his process. He’s always exploring the edges of what’s technically possible, pushing the machines to their limits. His pieces carry a mix of delicate sensitivity and boldness in colour, shape or size, all held within a deliberate architectural structure.

Selected by Flavien Guilbaud
In 'Eyes of Gold', we invite some of our favourite tastemakers with a golden eye to select three works from the Bisou collection. Each guest explains their choices and shares how these pieces might live together in their space.
For the latest edition of the series, we invited Flavien Guilbaud. Flavien is a great designer and creative director with his studio right next to the gallery. It’s a whole bunch of Frenchies designing and building the coolest websites together, yes, including the one you’re currently browsing. Flavien has great style: underground, punk, very French, yet clean and colourful. Right up Bisou’s alley.
Introducing Brigitte Hendrix
Brigitte Hendrix is an artist whose work explores the blurred line between mediated reality and personal imagination. Her process begins with collages made from found images and her own photographs, which she then translates into oil paintings. This approach allows her to reflect on the way today’s crises and events flood our perception, at once painfully close yet strangely distant.

Masi's Blu
now at Bisou Gallery
Bisou Gallery presents Blu, two paintings by Italian artist Enrica Masi. These deep blue voids were first shown in our 'Kind of Blue' show and are now on view at the gallery.

Selected by Bionda Sno
In 'Eyes of Gold', we invite some of our favourite tastemakers with a golden eye to select three works from the Bisou collection. Each guest explains their choices and shares how these pieces might live together in their space.
For the latest edition of the series, we invited Bionda Sno, a colourful 'Bee' moving effortlessly between the worlds of art, culture, and city life. She has a sharp eye for emerging talent and the shifts shaping our urban environments. Bionda has a powerful, eclectic style, often mixing bold colors and striking accessories in a way that feels completely her own. Her look is colorful and full of personality, a confident kind of taste that stands out.

In 'Eyes of Gold', we invite some of our favourite people to handpick three works from the Bisou collection. Each guest explains their choices and shares how these pieces might live together, or separately, in a space.
For our first edition of this series, we invited Manera Benelux's own Evelien Reich.
